JIKJI and HANJI EXHIBITION for UNESCO (2023)
JIKJI and HANJI: Heritage of Printing and Paper in Korea is an exhibition held at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. It introduced Jikji and Hanji, Korea's representative heritage, and displayed various artworks by contemporary Korean artists. Flake designed the key visual in a light-spreading form to convey the meaning of Jikji, the oldest metal type in existence. It symbolizes the spread of our values and technology around the world. It tried to capture the heart pounding by expressing the movement and diffusion of the print through repeated motion graphics.
